angry guy at shop:who was he?

In the movie it shows johnny dress up like a grandfather and he goes to that shop with that little boy and sits on the seats outside and he smokes and drinks alcohol with the little boy, and this young guy(looks like under 21yo) told the the grandfather to stop drinking outside and then johnny(grandfather) and the little boy started dissing the young guy and making him mad.
Does anyone know the name of the young guy that was getting dissed? And why was he telling the grandfather(johnny) to stop drinking alcohol outside?
